TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

PAYMENT BY L/C

The L/C should be fulfilled these following Criteria (a must) to avoid later costly amendments:

1.      Irrevocable

2.      Payable at sight

3.      Confirmed (must be added by advising bank)

4.      Issued from recognized bank

5.      Shipment latest 2,5 month

6.      Credit valid for 3 month

7.      Partial shipment allowed

8.      Transshipment allowed

9.      Bill of lading is consigned to order of issuing bank

10.  Fees and banking charges are to applicant

11.  Documents are to be presented to advising bank

12.  Clearly against following document only

13.  Percentage credit amount tolerance +/- 10%

o        1/2 commercial Invoices

o        1/2 packing list

o        Certificate of origin

o        Bill of lading

14.  L/C should be advised through our bank

 

 

PAYMENT BY T/T

 

1.      Please fax a copy of the applicant before issuing it (+62-271-710605), to check with the bank and shipping lines for term that may cause, problem in compliance to avoid unnecessary amendments.

2.      LIDEKO FURNITURE requires a direct down payment on presenting the order, to start the manufacture of the full container loads orders, amounting to 40% of the total invoice or total sales contract.

3.      Balance payment 60% is paid by T/T (transferred after received copy of complete document) or L/C.

4.      Transfer can be done through our bank

 

 

PRICES

 

Prices are always base EX FACTORY/WAREHOUSE  - and our company will only responsible in the trucking and local handling charges involve for the delivery to the nearest Port of Loading (Semarang Port) for the charges involving to the Shipping lines i.e.: THC (Terminal Handling Charge), Bill of Loading and other surcharges Fee etc. will be under buyer account.

For less containers load (LCL) there will be an extra charge for handling additional packing materials.

We use to review all our prices every six month and if there it has been increases in raw materials and labors, the percentages of it will be added, any increases will be confirmed.

 

 

 

ORDER SYSTEM

 

Sample Request For the first sample the cost will be double, but for the second revised one ( if any ) will be charged at normal price, 50% of the said cost will be reimbursed, once you place the real order at the minimum 15 pcs, sample transportation will be at buyer’s account.

 

Your own design would be most welcome, we need 5 (five) weeks to develop any sample or prototype. It is recommended to provide us with 1: 1 scale drawings to develop every new sample or prototype and we will be handled confidentially.



 

1.      LCL (Less Container Load) or Trial Order
For LCL or Less Container Loading is buyer's purchase from our company only few pieces less than 1 x 20 ft container. Therefore, supplier must share with another company to ship the stuff. Another alternative is the supplier must have consolidation with another company.

 

2.      FCL (Full Container Loading)
Buyer take or buys from our company 1 x 20 ft container or 1 x 40 ft container and the system, we use are L/C or T/T.

 

 

PACKING SYSTEM

 

We usually use the corrugated paper or single face paper with foam to wrap our furniture. Using corrugated carton box to packs the furniture based on the request and there is an additional charge.

 

 

 

 

LEAD TIME

 

In order to facilitate us to serve your order better, it would be better if we could have from you sale program of 12 months, revised every three months. This will allow us to schedule our production and have better delivery time.

Also it is very important for you to reconfirm the order 8 weeks prior to the shipping date.

Order will be processed after receiving copy of L/C or copy of transfer T/T

 

 

DELIVERY TIME

 

We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Many of our items are custom made from our vendors and artisans. This includes furniture lines that you must select a finish color or fabric choice for. Quality craftsmanship takes time, so please be patient as delivery times for these items will vary widely. You can find a reasonable estimate of the delivery time specified on every product page. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping dates only and can not be guaranteed by CV. LIDEKO FURNITURE. Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that any problem exists. If you need expedited shipping please contact us directly.

 

 

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION

 

Change and cancellation can be accepted only prior to our schedule production. If changes and cancellations are done during the production of original order, it can not be executed anymore.

 

 

Seriousness in doing effort to gain market target overseas has been accomplished Europe ( such as England, Italy, Spain, France ) and America have given their trust to let CV. LIDEKO SOLO to supply its products there and it has been done continuously until now. The success does not make us satisfied, but it makes us more optimistic and more confident to apply new strategy on stages. It is possible for the company to export to another country
